This Privacy Policy explains how 1 Euro Ventures, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information in connection with our websites, the Stick the Launch Digital Course (the “Course”), and any related features, content, subscriptions, or communities (collectively, the “Services”).
We provide educational and informational content only. We do not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or clinical services.

- Commercial & Transactional Data: purchases, subscription details, order history, refunds, and support interactions.
- Account & Course Data: profile information, progress/completion metrics (e.g., % of course completed), quiz results, uploads you provide, messages you send in community spaces, and preferences.
- Usage Data: browsing activity, pages viewed, referral URLs, device identifiers, IP address, timestamps, and log data.
- Device/Technical Data: browser type, OS, device type, screen size, language settings, cookies, and SDK/Pixel data.
- Communications Data: emails, messages, survey responses, and feedback.
- Inferences: preferences or interests derived from the above information.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., health data) via the Services. Please do not submit sensitive data. If you believe you have provided such information, contact us to request deletion.

- Account & Course records: while your account is active and up to 24 months after closure, unless longer retention is required.
- Transaction records: at least 7 years for tax, accounting, and compliance purposes.
- Marketing preferences & consent logs: while you are subscribed and for a reasonable period thereafter.
- Security logs: typically 12–24 months unless needed longer for investigations.
8. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate and enhance the Services. These include:

- Analytics: We use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Services.
- Email & SMS: With your consent (where required), we may send marketing communications. You can unsubscribe via the link in the message or by contacting us. If you opt in to our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent record (the date, time, and the web form or checkbox used to opt in) so we can send you program-related text messages such as reminders, tips, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information — including your phone number and SMS opt-in or consent — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile data only withthe vendors that operate the messaging program for us (for example, our SMS provider, Twilio), and only to deliver the messages you requested.
- Advertising: We may work with advertising partners who set cookies/pixels to show ads relevant to your interests. See Cookies for controls and opt-outs.
10. Social Media Messaging
When you send us a direct message on Facebook or Instagram, we may use automated tools integrated with Meta's Messaging API to read and respond to your message. Information collected through these interactions may include your name, profile information, and message content. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide information about our services. We do not sell or share message content with third parties. Messages are retained for up to 24 months and you may request deletion at any time by contacting support@stickthelaunch.com
11. Payments & Financial Information
We use third-party payment processors to handle card transactions. We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment processors may collect and process your payment information subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15.1 Categories Collected
In the past 12 months, we collected the categories described in Section 2. We collect, use, and disclose these for the business purposes described in Sections 4 and 6.
15.2 Disclosures for Business Purposes
We disclose personal information to service providers for business purposes (hosting, analytics, support, payment processing). We do not sell personal information for money. We may engage in activities considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” via cookies/pixels.
15.3 Your U.S. State Privacy Rights
- Right to know/access, correct, or delete personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale/share or targeted advertising: Use our cookie controls, send a GPC signal, or email us.

15.5 Financial Incentives
We currently do not offer programs that constitute “financial incentives” under California law. If that changes, we will describe the material terms and how to opt-in.

The Services are intended for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or use the Course. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We may use limited profiling (e.g., to tailor content or communications) as described in this Policy, subject to your rights.
